On April 7, 2010, I formally announced my withdrawal from the race to become Georgia's 8th Congressional District Representative. While I was disappointed at the turn of events that led to my leaving, I'm grateful for all the lessons I've learned and the wonderful friends I've made along the way. Thanks to you all for your love and support.

I'm sorry to hear that you are no longer running. :-( I hope you try again once the liberty movement has gone more "main stream" and people understand the value of a small government candidate.

Thank you for your participation in the process. Jefferson would be proud of you effort, even though he would not support you platform. Your "Tea Party" involvement is important, but the efforts of that group go more to the abolition of American Government than to the progression of American Government.
